NUMBER OF PLAYERS:
Teams may have a roster of six players per team. The maximum number of players on the field is three. Players may only play on one team per division. All rosters are frozen upon completion of the team’s first game.
PLAYER REGISTRATION:
All players must be registered on their team’s registration form before the tournament begins (player must be on roster before the first game.) At registration a tournament roster will be validated and only players on this roster will be allowed to participate. Signed Medical Consent forms for each and every player list on roster and must be presented at registration check-in prior to the first game the day of the tournament. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour before first game for final registration check-in.
Register by August 1, 2011 - only $110.00 per team
Register by August 14, 2011 - $130.00 per team
No registrations will be accepted after August 14, 2011.
ELIGIBILITY:
U9 – Born on or after 8/1/2002
U10 – Born on or after 8/1/2001
U12 – Born on or after 8/1/1999
U14 – Born on or after 8/1/1997
U16 - Born on or about 8/1/1995
High School– Born on or after 8/1/1993
Adult - Born before 8/1/92
Registration forms and fees are due on or before August 14, 2011.
