NUMBER OF PLAYERS:
Teams may have a roster of six players per team. The maximum number of players on the field is three. Players may only play on one team per division. All rosters are frozen upon completion of the team’s first game.
PLAYER REGISTRATION:
All players must be registered on their team’s registration form before the tournament begins (player must be on roster before the first game.) At registration a tournament roster will be validated and only players on this roster will be allowed to participate. Signed Medical Consent forms for each and every player list on roster and must be presented at registration check-in prior to the first game the day of the tournament. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour before first game for final registration check-in.
Register by July 9, 2013 - only $110.00 per team
Register by August 9, 2013 - $140.00 per team
ELIGIBILITY:
U9 – Born on or after 8/1/2004
U10 – Born on or after 8/1/2003
U11 - Born on or after 8/1/2002
U12 – Born on or after 8/1/2001
U13 - Born on or after 8/1/2000
U14 – Born on or after 8/1/1999
U15 - Born on or after 8/1/1998
U16 - Born on or after 8/1/1997
U17 - Born on or after 8/1/1996
U18 - Born on or after 8/1/1995
Adult - Players must be 17 or over
Fees are due on or before August 11, 2013.
All other forms (roster/waivers) due day of tournament.
